Title Motivations of health care professionals for working in Swiss and French people-centred health care centers (Maisons de Santé) and the impact of this working environment on their satisfaction
Description What are the motivations of health care professionals for working in Swiss and French people-centred health care centers (Maisons de Santé) and how this working environment has changed their satisfaction?
The primary objective of this study is to determine the motivations of healthcare professionals for working in people-centered primary health centers (Maisons de Santé) and how this working environment affects their satisfaction. It is hypothesized that employees of such innovative health care centers perceive their work as more meaningful and satisfactory than previous in the “conventional” healthcare system.
Secondary objectives:
- Create an overview of innovative primary healthcare centers in Switzerland.
- Gather basic information about the identified healthcare facilities using an evaluation grid.
