This course places the spotlight on the theme of "New Work in Organizations." It offers a comprehensive insight into the evolving world of work and the driving forces behind this transformation. Students are guided to comprehend and analyze new organizational and work structures. Another focus is on new remuneration models and newly designed forms of collaboration.
Students also have the opportunity to work on a case study and discuss their ideas directly with the practice partners.
The course will take place on site; a podcast will be offered. |
