Die Vorlesung bietet eine umfassende Einführung zu den wichtigsten Gebieten der Volkswirtschaftslehre. Neben der Vermittlung von Konzepten volkswirtschaftlichen Denkens wird viel Wert darauf gelegt, den Studierenden einen Einblick in die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten volkswirtschaftlicher Analyse im schweizerischen und internationalen Kontext zu geben.
