Description Im Seminar werden grundlegende Theorien und Forschungsbefunde zur Vereinbarkeit von Arbeit und Privatleben behandelt. Ein besonderes Augenmerk gilt der gezielten Förderung der Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben auf organisationaler und individueller Ebene. Im Seminar wird eine Intervention zur besseren Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Privatleben durch die Teilnehmenden entworfen und umgesetzt.
