Die Vorlesung bietet einen Überblick über zentrale Themenbereiche der Arbeits-, Personal- und Organisationspsychologie. Die Teilnehmenden lernen aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse und Modelle zur nachhaltigen Gestaltung von Arbeit und Berufstätigkeit sowie Anwendungsbereiche der Forschung in der Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie kennen.

Die beiden Veranstaltungen werden gemeinsam geprüft (KSL-Nummer 431404: Modulprüfung Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie).
Es findet keine Präsenzveranstaltung statt. Die Vorlesung wird als Podcast angeboten. |
