The course will take place in combined lecture and exercise form. First, based on theoretical and empirical literature, we will work out what is meant by the concept of "social competence" and "socially competent behavior", which training methods exist, how to improve transfer and how to evaluate such trainings. This first part will be completed on April 15, 2021 with an exam that is mandatory for all.
Afterwards, the participants will take part in practical exercises. Within these practical lessons, the groups, which will be formed at the beginning of the semester, will elaborate specific topics and present them as trainings to the remaining students.

The lectures (1st part) take place online.
The exercises (2nd part) take place in face-to-face classes. If this is not possible during the semester, a two-day block course is planned after the end of the semester (lecture-free period) (exact time after mutual agreement). |
