Case studies in Criminal Law (Main studies) |
Description |
The lectures will take place from 12:00-16:00 in two groups on the scheduled dates. According to the pandemic status, there will be given the possibility to join the lectures via Zoom.
Target group: Students planning on tacking the professional examination in criminal law (pursuant to Art. 16 RSP RW).
Content of the course: Discussion of legal cases primarily from the Special Part of the Criminal Code in preparation for the criminal law exam.
During the course, the students have the possibility to write a case study (pursuant to Art. 13 RSP RW) as well as a mock examination. |
