Die Vorlesung bietet einen Überblick über Vertragsformen, rechtliche Einordnungen und typische Problemfelder von Verträgen rund um die Beschaffung und den Betrieb von IT Systemen (Kauf, Entwicklung, Systemintegration etc.) sowie den Bezug von IT Services (Cloud Services, IT Outsourcing, Wartung und Support). Sie vermittelt zudem eine Vorgehensmethodik, die Interessenanalyse, Zieldefinition, Risiko- und Chancenanalyse, Regelungsstrategien und Qualitätssicherung miteinbezieht. |
