Description |
Joint workshop with students and lecturers of the University of Vienna at the Austrian Ornithological Station in Seebarn or in the Raurisertal in the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern (depending on availability) in Austria. Block course, dates are following later. Registration deadline 15 March 2023 in ILIAS. The theme of the course is "Aggression - Submission: Functions and Mechanisms".
The block course will last from Friday to Sunday.
This seminar is meant to introduce participants to a specific theme in behavioural biology that is currently of great interest. It is a 3-day joint block workshop with students from the University of Vienna. Three skills will be trained during this seminar, (1) scientific discussion, (2) condensing substantial and multifarious scientific information into a concise presentation, and (3) optimizing a short presentation to inspire an audience and induce discussion. |
