Description Course dates: Monday 12.06.2023 - Friday 23.06.2023. Arrival and departure is before and after these dates. Registration deadline 1. February in ILIAS.
Two weeks block course in June/July at the marine biological station STARESO on Corsica, France.

This course replaces the previous research practical in aquatic ecology & evolution.

The aims of the practical are (i) to learn broadly about biodiversity, ecology and evolution in the marine littoral habitat during daily field trips and processing of collected material and (ii) to conduct small research projects in the field and/or in aquaria asking ecological or evolutionary questions in a marine setting. Results will be presented and discussed at the end of the second week, and a written report summarizing the research projects is requested after the completion of the course.
