| Description |
The lecture gives an overview of the Neolithic societies in the 5th and 4th century BC in Central Europe. One focus of the lecture is the prehistoric lakeside settlements of the Alpine region from this period. Further topics of the lecture are mobility, communication networks and exchange systems of the early agrarian societies of the 5th and 4th millennium BC as well as the first monumental buildings in Europe.
