Dieses Praktikum kann nur gemeinsam mit der dazugehörigen Vorlesung (Stammnummer 1528) belegt und geprüft werden (siehe Kombiprüfung 1529).
Anmeldungen von Studierenden mit Major Biologie und Minor 60 ECTS Biologie PH-S2 (Zweitfach-Minor) haben erste Priorität.
Durchführung im Praktikumsraum des Instituts für Pflanzenwissenschaften (1. OG). Es herrscht Anwesenheitspflicht für sämtliche Praktika!
Einteilung in 3 Praktikumsgruppen:
Gruppe A: Montagnachmittag, 16.15 - 18.00 h
Gruppe B: Dienstagnachmittag, 15.15 - 17.00 h
Gruppe C: Dienstagnachmittag, 17.15 - 19.00 h

Praktikum zur Ökophysiologie von Pflanzen:
Kennenlernen und Erfassen wichtiger ökophysiologischer Kenngrössen anhand von Pflanzen im Botanischen Garten Bern: Messung von Leaf Area Index (LAI), Lichtkurven in unterschiedlichen Beständen, Messung des Normalized Differential Vegetation Index (NDVI), Funktionelle Wachstumsanalyse, Spezifische Blattfläche (SLA) in verschiedenen funktionellen Pflanzengruppen und bei unterschiedlichem Lichtklima. |
