This lecture series covers classical as well as state-of-the-art methods in biochemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics and structural biology. In particular experimental approaches to study nucleic acids, proteins and lipids as well as different aspects of structural biology (NMR, X-ray, EM) will be introduced. |
