Title Nucleic Acid Analogues
Description After an introduction on the synthesis of nucleic acids and their purification, the lecture focuses on a variety of nucleic acid analogues with respect to their synthesis, biophysical properties and their possible applications as drugs and in diagnostics. The lecture is closely linked to original scientific publications and builds on the course "Principles of Nucleic Acids" by Prof. R. Häner.
