| Description |
The proseminar introduces students to the basic concepts and methods of prehistoric archaeology (classification systems, source criticism, typology, stratigraphy, chronology). The various methods are taught through examples, practical tasks, and an in-depth examination of an individual topic. An overview of the most important scientific methods and an introduction to digital and quantitative archaeology round off the introductory course. |
