Organizational Development |
| Description |
How does change emerge in organizations – and why does it so often fail?
Organizations today are under constant pressure to change, driven by technological developments, societal value shifts, and increasing complexity. This course provides a solid understanding of how organizational change emerges, which dynamics shape it, and under which conditions it can be successfully managed.
The course offers a structured overview of key concepts in organization development and change management. The course content is structured into three blocks:
Block 1: Change in organizations
Block 2: Success factors in change management
Block 3: Organizational culture and agile change
A central element of the course is a change case study with a practice partner, which students work on in small teams. They analyze a real change situation, develop theory-based solutions, and discuss their results with the practice partner.
On-site sessions are recorded and made available as a podcast. Further details are provided on ILIAS. |
