Title Seminar: Pattern Recognition
Description The pattern recognition group (PRG) at the Institute of Computer Science of the University of Bern researches novel and groundbreaking algorithms in pattern recognition and machine learning.

The PRG seminar can be seen as a general platform for students interested in pattern recognition and related fields. Students as well as members of PRG present their current work (Bachelor, Master and PhD theses). The main topics are: artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, machine learning, graph based pattern representation, and others. Contributions from the field of human-computer-interaction are also possible.

The seminar offered by the Pattern Recognition Group in spring semesters is basically only for students who do pursue a research project in our group (BSc or MSc Thesis). Exceptions are possible under certain circumstances, but must be discussed with the lecturer in advance (please enquire by email before the first session).
