In this course, you will learn how to organize your projects, visualize your data, collaborate with your colleagues, and write reproducible reports for the public health sciences using the programming language R, RStudio and GitHub.
Content of the course:
Introduction to the programming language R
Organize research projects in RStudio
Prepare and visualize data using tidyverse
Write reproducible reports using Markdown/Quarto
Collaborate using GitHub
Registration and deregistration regulation: Registration for PHS courses is open until approximately two weeks before the course begins. Participants may deregister without incurring an administrative fee up to one month before the course starts. After the deregistration period, the organisers will decide whether the course will take place. Registrations after the deregistration deadline are binding, and any deregistration after this deadline will incur an administrative fee of CHF 100.
