VA: Winter School: The study of stratigraphy using the example of Sirkeli Höyük |
| Description |
Using the example of an excavation sector in Sirkeli Höyük, the problems involved in creating a coherent stratigraphy are highlighted, as are the methods used to solve them. Through joint evaluation of all documentation (database entries, profile and plan drawings, field sketches, photos, descriptions), an overall stratigraphy is developed and templates for phase plans are created. |
