Das Repetitorium bezweckt, ausgewählte strafprozessuale Themen (hauptsächlich StPO) insbesondere im Lichte der Rechts- und Verfahrenspraxis zu beleuchten. Grundkenntnisse der Strafprozessordnung werden somit vorausgesetzt, es handelt sich nicht um eine Einführungsveranstaltung.
Die Themen werden grundsätzlich durch Vortrag der Dozenten behandelt, aktive Mitwirkung bei Fallbeispielen, Fragestellungen usw. wird jedoch erwartet.
Die Veranstaltung findet digital statt. |
