Die Vorlesung ist Pflicht für alle Studierende im 1. Semester im Master-Studium mit Haupt-/ oder Ergänzungsmodul Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie. Aufbauend auf Kenntnissen aus dem Bachelorstudium werden vertieft zentrale Themen der Arbeits-, Personal- und Organisationspsychologie präsentiert. Behandelte Themen umfassen: Personalassessment; Personalentwicklung; Führung; Arbeitszufriedenheit; Arbeitsmotivation; Arbeitsleistung; Berufswahl und Laufbahnentwicklung; ältere Arbeitnehmer; Beruf-Familie Interaktion. Weitere Themen werden in der Vertiefungsvorlesung II im Frühlingssemester behandelt.
Es findet keine Präsenzveranstaltung statt. Die Vorlesung wird als Podcast angeboten. |
