Description |
Content:
The seminar deals with the following subject areas: a) Theoretical basics of aptitude diagnostics, b) various methods of aptitude diagnostics (biography-oriented methods (e.g. interviews) and personality-related methods and simulation-oriented methods (e.g. assessment center) and other methods (e.g. graphology) and c) the evaluation of it. At the same time, these topics are related to the topic of personality.

On the other hand, practical exercises are planned to implement what has been learned during the class, the use of aptitude diagnostic instruments is practiced, case studies are worked on and a guest speaker will report on the topic from practice.
