Grundkenntnisse des IPR und IZPR sowie des Verfahrensrechts werden vorausgesetzt. Der Schwerpunkt bildet das Lugano-Übereinkommen und dessen Zusammenwirken mit dem nationalen Verfahrensrecht. Einzelne Veranstaltungen sind auch dem internationalen Familien- und dem Insolvenzrecht gewidmet. Für die Durchführungsdaten sind die Angaben im KSL und im ILIAS (dort auch Übungsmaterialen) massgebend. |
