In the “Human Resources and Organization” lecture, students learn about important and current topics concerning organizational theory and HR Management. The organization section covers both basic principles (e.g., organizational structures) and applied topics (e.g., the handling of corporate culture and the efficient formation of teams). In the Human Resources section, theoretical basics and specific topics, such as HR requirements, incentive systems, and HR Development are dealt with. |
