Title Proseminar: Organization
Description Students get an overview about a specific topic concerning organizations. Afterwards students form groups in which they work on this topic and a new research question. By doing so, students get first experiences in working with scientific literature. In later workshops, the students can present their preliminary results and discuss current obstacles with fellow students. At the end, each group composes a 'Proseminararbeit'.

Thereby, the Proseminar gives first experience in how to work on a topic scientifically and therefore prepares to write a bachelor thesis at the IOP.

Note that presence is mandatory at all dates. The Proseminar will be conducted in person, if possible. The given dates are preliminary and there may still be some adjustments, if there are overlaps with other courses.
