Das Praktikum findet in der 8.-13. Semesterwoche im Praktikumsraum 120 im 1. Stock des Hauptgebäudes, Institut
für Pflanzenwissenschaften, Altenbergrain 21, statt.
Dieses Praktikum kann nur gemeinsam mit der dazugehörigen Vorlesung (Stammnummer 1530) belegt und geprüft werden (siehe Kombiprüfung 1531).
Anmeldungen von Studierenden mit Major Biologie und Minor 60 ECTS Biologie PH-S2 (Zweitfach-Minor) haben erste Priorität.
Das Praktikum findet statt:
Dienstag 13-17 oder Mittwoch 13-17 oder Donnerstag 13-17.
Die Zuteilung zum Praktikum findet abhängig vom Zellbiologiepraktikum statt (alternierend am Dienstag bzw. Mittwochnachmittag - alternativ am Donnerstagnachmittag). Nebenfachstudierende besuchen das Praktikum am Donnerstagnachmittag, Ausnahmen sind nur möglich, wenn am DI oder MI freie Plätze vorhanden sind.

Inhalt:
N- und C- Stoffwechsel ( Bestimmung der Aktivität der Nitratreduktase Regulation der Stärkebildung, CAM Stoffwechsel) Aufnahme von N aus dem Boden (Bestimmung der Kinetik der Nitrataufnahme und des Rhizosphären-pH-Wertes in Abhängigkeit von der Form des Stickstoffangebots), Sekundäre Pflanzenstoffe (Auftrennung von Flavanoiden, Färbung der Anthocyane, subzelluläre Lokalisierung von Pigmenten, Analyse der Tannin/Proanthocyanin-Synthese).
Wasserstress, Induzierte Resistenz gegen Herbivoren (Induzierte Duftstoffe, ev. Hormonmessungen, ROS Bestimmung, etc.) |
