Title Human Resource Management and Organization
Description In the “Human Resources and Organization” lecture, students learn about important and current topics concerning organizational theory and HR Management. The organization section covers both basic principles (e.g., organizational structures) and applied topics (e.g., the handling of corporate culture and the efficient formation of teams). In the Human Resources section, theoretical basics and specific topics, such as HR requirements, incentive systems, and HR Development are dealt with.

During the first six sessions (section organization), lectures will take place from 16:15 to 18:00. In addition, there is a weekly e-learning podcast available for self-study.

Please note: Guest lectures are relevant for the exam and will not be recorded on podcast.
