Proseminar: Organization |
| Description |
Students get an overview about a specific topic concerning organizations. The topic will then be explored further by means of an experimental study. By doing so, students get first experiences in working with scientific literature. In later workshops, the students can present their preliminary results and discuss current obstacles with fellow students. At the end, each student composes an individual 'Proseminararbeit'.
Thereby, the Proseminar gives first experience in how to work on a topic scientifically and therefore prepares to write a bachelor thesis at the IOP.
Note that presence is mandatory at all dates. The Proseminar will be conducted in person. Dates for HS2025 are still being set and may be subject to change if there are overlaps with other lectures.
