In dieser Vorlesung werden folgende Themen besprochen: Grundlagen der Signalübertragung, Transmittersysteme, Rezeptorsysteme, Zell-/Organ-/Entzündungspathologie, Immunantwort, Tumorentstehung, Pharmakokinetik, Pharmakodynamik, Arzneimittelsicherheit, klinisch relevante Krankheitsbilder (dermatologische, gastrointestinale, hämatologische, immunologische, infektiologische, kardiovaskuläre, neprologische, neurologische, onkologische, pneumologische, psychiatrische, rheumatologische, urologische und Stoffwechselkrankheiten) sowie zur Behandlung eingesetzte Wirkstoffe/Wirkstoffklassen mit deren Eigenschaften.
