Description Die seminarartigen Vorlesungen werden alle 2 Wochen gemeinsam von zwei Dozierenden von unterschiedlichen Instituten der Biologie angeboten. Die Kernidee der Veranstaltung ist es, den Studierenden verschiedenste Aspekte und Facetten der Biologie zu präsentieren, indem Dozierende, die in komplementären Teilgebieten und mit unterschiedlichen Modellen arbeiten, sich über grundlegende Themen in der Biologie unterhalten. Die Dialoge zwischen den Dozierenden im Rahmen dieser speziell gestalteten Vorlesung sollen den Studierenden die Verbindungen der unterschiedlichen Teilbereiche der Biologie aufzeigen. Die Studierenden erhalten auf diese Weise Einsichten in die wichtigsten Fragen der Biologie und der biologischen Forschung.
