Psychology of sexual health |
| Description |
Sexual health is a significant part of overall health. It is an important resource for well-being and quality of life. Likewise, psychological and physical health problems, as well as their treatment, can affect sex life.
The goal of this lecture in a blended learning format is to provide the basics of sexual health and its promotion from a health psychology perspective.
The lecture consists of weekly online sessions with video lecture and literature that participants complete independently. Throughout the semester, the content will be deepened in four exercises and discussed in presence (see dates). Participation in the exercises is recommended but not mandatory. |
