Title |
New Work in Organizations |
Description |
What will the future of work look like – and how can we help shape it?
In this course, you'll dive deep into the world of New Work. Together, we’ll explore emerging forms of work, organization, and collaboration, and examine the key drivers behind today’s workplace transformations – from technological innovations and shifting societal values to growing expectations for sustainable leadership and meaningful work.
We won’t just focus on structures and tools; we’ll also look closely at the people, cultures, and skills that enable this change from within.
Students will have the opportunity to develop a real-world case study and present their proposed solutions directly to practice partners.
The course will take place on site; a podcast will be offered. |
