Description |
This language course is aimed at lecturers, professors or doctoral students with at least a B2 level of German, who wish to build language skills in German in order to teach. B.A. or M.A. students are not eligible to participate.
The course focuses especially on developing speaking skills. It offers plenty of language practice, e.g. to participate in discussions or to moderate a discussion or to give a presentation. It promotes linguistic confidence in German, fluency, and pronunciation practice. Additionally, relevant grammar topics such as conjunctive and passive voice will be covered, and participants will aquire pertinent expressions for giving a talk, participate in or moderate a discussion.

• Participants wishing to earn ECTS credits must attend at least 80% of the sessions
