Title |
Fake News and Desinformation |
Description |
Fake news, disinformation, misinformation or rumours are not side effects of the internet, but have existed in the past. Fake news now has its own history. There is an obvious connection with a critical reception of media and, especially for historians, with a well-founded criticism of sources. In the exercise, the topic of fake news will be examined on the basis of new representations and research in order to then look at typical cases using selected text and image examples.
