Title |
Virtual Exchange with Students from the University of Groningen (NL): Strategies for Mental Health and Resilience in Collaborative Environments (SMARCE) |
Description |
This seminar focuses on raising awareness and building competencies related to mental health in professional contexts. Psychology students from the University of Bern and business students from the University of Groningen will work together to identify, understand, and address mental health challenges in organizational settings. Alongside the acquisition of theoretical knowledge about common mental disorders, the seminar emphasizes the development of practical strategies for supporting colleagues with mental health issues, fostering personal resilience, and practicing self-care.
The event takes place online and combines brief theoretical inputs with case studies, interdisciplinary discussions between students from different academic backgrounds, and experiential methods such as role-playing exercises.
Recognized as a seminar with psychopathological content. |
