Course content:
How do institutions and organizational practices contribute to economic inequality. How do organizations resolve the conflict between efficiency and distribution? In this seminar we consider these issue from the perspective of organizational economics. While organizational economics has taught us a great deal about incentives, its implications for economic inequality are less well understood. This seminar discusses original research papers at the research frontier.
