Description |
Church hymnals are can also be read as historical documents. They mirror history, theology and piety of their time. The seminar follwos those traces in selected hymns spanning five centuries. It also asks for liturgical and individual practices linked to the songs, thus combining the perspectives of church history, hymnology and practical theology. |
