| Description |
Die Veranstaltung dient dazu, den Vorlesungsstoff in Gruppen anhand von Fällen aufzuarbeiten und zu vertiefen. Dabei soll vor allem auch die Falllösungstechnik geschult werden.
Hinweise und Literatur
Fälle und Unterlagen werden jeweils eine Woche im Voraus auf Ilias aufgeschaltet. Eine regelmässige Vorbereitung und eine aktive Beteiligung werden vorausgesetzt. Arbeitsblätter sind Teil der Vorlesungsunterlagen.
