| Description |
Die Teilnahme an den Übungen setzt solide Kenntnisse im Privatrecht voraus. Ausserdem wird regelmässige Vorbereitung auf die zu besprechenden Fälle erwartet. Die Veranstaltung dient der Vertiefung des Stoffs sowie als Vorbereitung auf die Klausur im Privatrecht.
In der ersten Semesterwoche findet die Veranstaltung nur am MITTWOCH (als Einführungsveranstaltung) statt.
Die Übungsfälle stehen jeweils spätestens eine Woche im Voraus im Internet bereit.
