The pattern recognition group (PRG) at the Institute of Computer Science of the University of Bern researches novel and groundbreaking algorithms in pattern recognition and machine learning.
The PRG seminar can be seen as a general platform for students interested in pattern recognition and related fields. Students as well as members of PRG present their current work (Bachelor, Master and PhD theses). The main topics are: artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, machine learning, graph based pattern representation, and others. Contributions from the field of human-computer-interaction are also possible.
The seminar takes place as a block course over three full days and is reserved in principle for students who are writing their Master's or Bachelor's thesis in the PRG group. |
