UPD Scientific Conference |
| Description |
The scientific conference aims to provide a platform for scientists (PhD students in particular) to present and discuss their projects, to interact with their peers, to launch collaborations, to improve knowledge transfer, and to expand their scientific understanding of currently debated topics in biological psychiatry. Projects that will start soon, that are currently ongoing, or that have recently been finished will be presented. In addition, external speakers will be invited to present their research.
Credits: 0.5 ECTS; 80% attendance + either moderation of one session or one presentation (Students who apply for ECTS credits can either present themselves/ their study or moderate one of the sessions. Students moderating a session are expected to work up the scientific background of the presented study, prepare questions, and give brief feedback to the presenter. In addition, they are asked for active participation during the remaining sessions.) |
