Allocation to subject Biochemistry
Type of exam Written exam
Title Advanced Methods in Molecular Life Sciences
Description This lecture series presents classical and modern methods in protein biochemistry, cell biology, bioinformatics, and structural biology. Specifically, it provides insights into working methods with proteins (modification and analysis), eukaryotic cell systems, and the use of next-generation sequencing and its analytics. Finally, methods for the structural analysis of proteins and cells are introduced (X-ray, cryo-EM, and cryo-ET).
