Die Veranstaltung "Privatrecht II: Personenrecht" ist eine Präsenzveranstaltung (Vorlesung) und findet Montags um 10.15 Uhr statt. In der Präsenzveranstaltung werden die Grundlagen vermittelt und anhand von BGEs vertieft und besprochen.
Die Lektionen im Vorlesungssaal dienen dem nötigen Austausch und der sozialen Interaktion einerseits und der Vertiefung und Festigung des Inhalts andererseits. Eine aktive Beteiligung, sowohl im Plenum als auch in Gruppenarbeiten, ist wünschenswert und sinnvoll.
